I hired Brock Homes to convert my garage into a downstairs bedroom with ensuite. All aspects of the job i.e. the quoting, planning permission, regulations, building work and final finishing were done to a high standard and professionalism. Any snags were dealt with and they also provided additional assistance with regards to items such as shelves / bathroom cabinet etc at the end which had not been in the original spec at no extra cost. On the recommendation of a friend at work we contacted Brock Gardens to have our back garden paved and re-lawned. The initial visit and quote were done speedily and the job carried out within 3-4 weeks as promised.
